OVERVIEW
The project involved designing the MVP for an AI-powered agent focused on simplifying ESG* tracking for businesses. The startup aimed to help companies tackle emission tracking, compliance, and decarbonisation challenges. The product transforms sustainability efforts from a burden into an opportunity for growth by enabling companies to meet their goals faster, reduce costs, and enhance profitability effortlessly.
*ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance
CHALLENGES
Complexity in setting up AI agents, with confusing onboarding process
Complex representation of data that impacts decision making for companies users
Difficulty tracking sources of carbon emissions in the supply chain hindering with sustainability objectives.
Goals
Create an interim dashboard which clearly displays reports generated.
Design a self onboarding experience which also helps the user learn about creating their own AI agents through the platform.
Create a seamless experience for the data insights gathered into a "smart table" format.

Spoiler alert!
This was my very first agentic AI project, and it holds a special place in my heart. It was an incredible 7-day sprint (yes, even over the weekends!) with an amazing team—talented, motivated, and truly inspiring to collaborate with. What makes this project even more meaningful is its goal to significantly reduce carbon emissions, aligning with the G20's commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. This brought a personal sense of purpose and offered me a remarkable learning opportunities throughout the journey.
